The Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, (SI 1982 No 917) were made law on 29th June 1981 and came into operation on 1st July 1982. It places a general duty on employers to make, or ensure that, adequate First Aid provision is made for their employees if they are injured or become ill at work. Employers must also inform their employees of the First Aid provision made for them.


Self Employed persons are also required by the Regulations to provide adequate and appropriate equipment, so that First Aid can be rendered if they are injured or become ill at work.

Courses Provided


HSE approved First Aid at Work & 2 day Refresher courses, Appointed Persons (first aid), Emergency Responder,
6 & 12 hour Paediatric courses, Auto Adrenaline Injection module, Pool Lifeguard, Pool Attendant & Poolside Helper.

We also provide a quality First Aid at Work Consultancy to take charge of all your in house training.
